We start with a broad spectrum test to establish a baseline and ensure no disease is lurking. From there our team works with you to build a personalized longevity plan you can sustain. Long-term improvement is possible with understanding and accountability.
We prioritize efficient testing by focusing on what is essential. We cast a wide net to start and then only test for what's needed. Our approach ensures that each test directly contributes to a personalized longevity strategy for our clients.
We characterize longevity as a combination of lifespan (the duration of your life) and healthspan (the quality of your life). Longevity involves minimizing the time spent in the latter stages of decline.
Our approach is to provide custom lifestyle plans based on disease predictions.
After an initial broad spectrum test to identify potential and likely disease, we provide custom lifestyle plans based on personalized disease predictions.
Our coaches and doctors regularly check in with our clients with advice and support.
Lifespan biomarker blood tests occur every three months and can be done anywhere in Canada. You only need to come to the clinic for your physical, everything else is virtual.
Some changes involve relatively trivial lifestyle adjustments and others require an increased response with the potential to radically transform lives.
Our customized guidelines for healthier living help our clients know what to eat, how to exercise, what biological markers to pay attention to and how to respond when something looks amiss.
Our Preventative Health Assessments (PHA) and Longevity Medical Programs are not intended to replace the services of your family physician but rather complement them.
A personalized health report (PHR) detailing the results and recommendations will be presented to you after the assessment. We encourage you to share these results with your family physician for continuity of care. If any additional testing or specialist referral is recommended during the PHA, our physicians will discuss the next steps with you in detail so you can make the necessary arrangements through your family physician.
Fees are strictly for the uninsured components of preventative care. Physician visits, prescribed lab tests, and any other publicly insured services will be billed to the provincial health insurance plan. Subscription is not a precondition to access insured services. Fees charged for the services above are for non-insured services.
